I wanted it to be good, but it was worse than just using my fingers to hold the floss. I had to floss their floss out from between my teeth. And don’t get my started on their floss, which after you get to the tighter back teeth with literally break between your teeth, and fuse into their mechanism so you have to dig at it to get it off the unit. The floss will not stay taught, so you’ll need to adjust every other tooth, and the new fastening system means untangling it all and then retangling it again even though you know it won’t stay tight anyway. Since the head is horizontal with the shaft and not vertical prepare to have to really stretch your cheeks out of the way to reach the back teeth with the metal beast. The pick on the end doesn’t stay fastened in, so you have to take it out to floss because it will fall out anyway, which drastically shortens the handle. It’s size and density means you’re constantly knocking metal into your teeth, especially when the floss unsticks from between your teeth expect to wham a metal brick into the opposite tooth. My Ross gold was supposed to be a shiny pink gold, arrived looking like an old grungy penny. They cut corners and the metal ended up being much thicker and more bulky, and it’s unfinished so it looks matte but like unfinished matte not classy. Think we could change or improve something?
